Pancho Macaspac was an orphan in Hospicio De San Martin. Later on he becomes the town's chief inspector. Upon his return to San Martin after being gone for years, he immediately battles Valentina, seemingly saving his old friend Narda. He appears to have taken a liking to Narda. However he has several things in common with Eduardo such as his penchant for magic tricks as well as the types of flowers he picks for girls. However, he is only ever there whenever Eduardo is not around.
When Lutgarda Morales asks her aide to scout for a leading man in the town for an episode of her film series, he is picked. However to her surprise he is the spitting image of the man who had abused her and left her for dead many many years ago, Adolfo Sandejas.
Somewhat skeptical of the heoic acts that local heroes like Darna conducts at San Martin, he view her as somewhat of a vigilante.
Early 2010, Pancho start dating a Narda... After a month of dating, when Pancho will end the relationship with Narda. He is dying of jealousy in Narda.
